Problem Statement
Most accounting platforms are complex and difficult to navigate, causing frustration for non-accountants. Users struggle to understand their financial data, leading to slow workflows and poor decision-making. To solve these challenges, we conduct regular sessions with our clients and stakeholders to improve the application by making it more automated. Additionally, we work to ensure the platform remains as accessible as possible for a wide range of users.

The design focused on creating a clean, intuitive interface that provides easy access to many features. By simplifying navigation and improving data visualization through charts and tables, we also conduct competitor analyses to identify best practices and improve our product. Additionally, we regularly use user feedback to continuously refine the overall experience.

I conducted a competitive analysis of leading products like Qonto and Brex in the European market. Our app's strengths include a user-friendly design and regular updates based on user feedback. However, weaknesses include limited advanced features for experienced accountants, overwhelming options for new users, confusing terminology, and slow customer support response times.

Results
Numarics improved user engagement and satisfaction. Simplified workflows cut down onboarding time, while the intuitive design helped users complete tasks like invoicing and expense tracking more easily. The mobile experience has also significantly improved, making data more readable and reducing uncertainty about completing tasks on the phone compared to the web.
